    Here is another image of the grebe's courtship display, submitted for the monthly theme courting and mating.
    I cropped the original and warmed the colour temperature slightly. All C&C welcome.

    This series of images has been wonderful. I think you need a bit of CW rotation. I like the "swish" in the left grebes' crest. good comp and if the IQ can stand it I might crop all around a little bit more,

    I think gail makes some valid observations. Might also take a bit off the top as well.

    Aren't they marvelous creatures! Super sequence and nicely courting. Agree with Gail and Joe - a quick "browser crop" taking about half the space from the top seemed to make a dramatic difference.

    Glad you liked it, I did want to crop tighter but I wasn't too sure about the quality, it is a significant crop as presented, fairly high ISO and taken with a TC. I will have another look see.

    Hi Jon, you certainly got your monies worth when you shared time with these guys. Great interaction between the two, and I too like the left Grebe's motion blur of the head. The central placement works well, and I have to agree with Gail regarding a touch of CW rotation. Without having to crop all round, maybe a little off the top only.

    nice image,like the water drops,nice detail,agree on taking some off the top.
