Hello everyone. Here is a pic of this brave little guy. It let me get pretty close and with what I think is a very nice background.

BG is killer. Fine detail and low angle make this work. Woul tone down the bottom just a bit.

Great BG. IQ is excellent. Perfect HA and pose. I think that if you darkened the FG it would allow his feet to show up a bit better,
    Well done,

    Robert:

Sharp, nice pose, good BG, +1 on burning in the FG a bit.

    Nicely captured.

    Cheers

Beautiful image Robert! I like the pose, sharpness, HA and BG. Another vote for toning down the FG.

Very nice, bg is indeed a very nice one. Makes it a calm image. The light is a bit harsh though, because of that the white parts of the bird are very bright

Nice photo of this often hard to approach species. Great background, good comp. Looks like it's been working hard judging by the worn plumage.

Hi Robert, I like your low angle of capture, and you captured a super pose too. The Killdeer is well exposed and sharp, and what a sweet BG.

Lovely shooting angle and light. BG is to die for. I would have maybe gone f11 for DOF to get tail and legs a bit sharper. Very nice!
