Nice photo Yves. I like the low angle and the pose. Colors and sharpness are very nice. I might crop out some of the water at the bottom and add in some sky above. Overall a very nice photo.

Nice straight-on and symmetrical wingflap. I too would love to see the grebe lower in the frame, and I do wish there was the equal amount of space left and right. Beautiful blues, and although I prefer more direct light angle the off angle works well here despite half the face in shadow.
