    took thisyesterday,I know it is side lit,but I dont mind,it gives the image shape and form,comments good or bad,cannon 500mm IS L USM,TRIPOD,CANNON 7D,700MM,ISO400,f/6.3,1/500S,SLIGHT CROP,touch sharpening.

    Nice pose and eye contact and I love the pebbles. Would crop a bit off the top.

    Hi Chris, good look back pose, and I like your low angle. Maybe going a little lower if possible would have given you an even better BG. You could select the shaded areas and bring them out a touch more in PS.

    Yes I like this shot I would suggest similarly to Stu and I would also consider a tad more selective sharpening on the back and shoulders.

    I really like the light and the pose. The pebbles add a beautiful natural feel to the shot. Excellent low angle. I would do a bit more NR to the BG only.
    At first glance I wanted to see you burn the white pebble at the sandpipers' feet but it has grown on me and I like it as is. I would burn the other white rock on the RHS though. Nice shot,

    I don't mind the sidelight here, and you waited for the perfect head angle to get the face lit. Neat pebble habitat. Getting lower may or may not have yielded a better result (the foot would be hidden that way). The longer rocks line touching the tail kinda distracts me...Sometimes tough to notice in-camera on the spur of the moment.

    nice pose and details and I like the stones. a touch of fill would have created more even lightning
