Photographed in the last week. Cropped for composition and sharpened. NR applied to BG. Head angle is not perfect; however I liked the grain dropping from his beak.
Thanks for viewing, appreciation. C & C are most welcome.
    Kind Regards.

I like the bird, perch and clean BG so that's a great start. I also find the bird over sharpened, try a bit less on that area. Also, the head angle is not the best as you noted, may be next time try to call the bird some how, some species of birds react well when you do some sort of phsss phsss, at least in my part of the world!
I also invite you to comment on other member's images, this will help you to get better when you are out in the field, then other members will also comment your images and we all will grow as photographers.

Hi Satish, congrats on becoming a fully paid member. Well exposed on the blacks and greys of the tit, and I like the perch. The bird is nicely placed in the frame too, and against a killer BG. Its best to wait for 'the moment' when they turn their heads more towards you - yes I agree, it doesnt always happen. The bird way oversharpened, maybe a large crop that you have tried to sharpen to get sharp? Raising your ISO to minimum ISO will also give you a faster ss. Hope that helps.

Nice shot. Great background and perch and agree on the bird being over sharpened.
    Well done.

    Look, a thumbnail!!

Good comp and background, but yes to oversharpened, and less than ideal body/head angle. A bit strong on the contrast too, caused by the very strong overhead light (midday hours?).
