    I had a nice evening with this cooperative bird. I took our Honda Civic as it sits low and he was feeding in a raised circle, so I have the illusion of a low angle without working too hard at it.

    1/500, f 5., iso800
    Canon 1Dmk4, 500 f4 + 1.4tc

    excellent low angle and nice fine details. love the light and BG and the sand on the beak. has a 3D feel well done!

    Very cool looking bird! nice light, pose and details. Agree with arash that is has a 3D look.

    Hi Grace, good low angle from your car, and just love the soft warm light. Good feather detail throughout the Killdeer, sharp with a good HA. I really like the colourful BG, and Im fine with the strip of OOF grass in the FG.

    Love the light and the HA on this guy. Your usual excellent IQ. Nice BG. No nits ( well, I would have loved to see the feet but not a deal breaker)
