Mitch, I really like the hawk and the pose. Nice detail in the feathers. The green foliage in the LLC, could be toned down/cloned out where you can, for my taste. Wonderful lighting, love the talons. Simplify really helps with the background. Good shot.

Mitch, I really like this...did you mask out some of the simplify effect on the osprey? Whatever you did gives great separation between the osprey (beautiful pose!) and the background...Jay makes a good point about toning down the green on some of the leaves, particularly, at least to my eye, the ones in the LLC...great lighting, an almost 3-D quality to the illusion of depth from the processing...nicely done.

Great Osprey and the background is very nice. I might crop off the bottom so that there is not more room below the tail than above the head.
