hi sanjeev, beautiful bird and nice detail on your primary subject, i like the one legged pose too. However, i do find the background blur slightly distracting...but maybe i am nitpicking :)

Yes, that is a tough background you got, especially the top right part. If possible it's worth moving left or right to see if a better BG can be had (also paying attention to the light angle while doing so). Nice subject, sharp, and well separated form said background.
