    I believe is from Tyrannidae but I didn't find its name.

    I think I got it.
    Yellow-bellied Elaenia.

    Hi Fabio- You are correct, it is a Tyrannid flycatcher but there are 100s of species in the family and you didn't give details of where and when the image was made.

    It was taken in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In a town called Sao Pedro d'Aldeia.
