Super shot. Great clarity and sharpness. Love the landing pose with wings up and neat HA. Colors look excellent.

Sweet image here Arno. Sharp with lots of detail and nicely timed... Maybe a little cropped from the right to reduce the big blue empty space top RH corner? What do you think...?

Hi Arno, well timed for the landing pose, with a good show of the swept back wing position. Well exposed, sharp, which in turn has brought out the underwing detail nicely. Im fine with the comp as is.

Hi Don, thanks for looking and the kind comments.I left some space on the right for the bird to 'fly into'.But I agree that it leaves quite a bit of empty ,blue, boring space.Don't quite know how else I would have cropped/composed it.

    Hi again Arno.

I find cropping challenging at the best of times... My thoughts are to crop the rh edge almost over to (or at least half way to...) the point where the tree intersects the lower edge. I think this provides plenty of space for the bird without crowding, especially since the feet are outstretched and the head pulled back. I will also admit that a lot of my cropping choices differ from most, but at least you now know what I think...
