    another green heron from this past saturday.

    This was the unavoidable, sun high in the sky shot.
    400mm w/1.4x, 1/640, f/10, +33EV

    Very nice composition, exposure and colors..:):) My only recommendation would be to clone out the blured leaft that is touching the bird's bill...:D

    Very nice angle and details. I might remove the branch in front of the heron's bill.

    I'd probably remove the closest branch and leave the other two. Nice detail in the bird.

    You did well under those harsh light conditions. Another vote for the closest branch disapearring (and keeping the other two). Did you already clone out something in front of the bird and down across the log?

    thanks for the input.....will remove largest branch and soften the other two a bit, good idea.

    Daniel, I did remove a piece of people litter there and failed to do my clean up, thanks for noticing. My big bad!!
