    Beautiful bird.

    He looks a little soft to me. Maybe try a touch more sharpening?

    Don't know how difficult it could be, but maybe also try and get rid of
    the distracting white object over the birds shoulder.

    Sanjeev,

    Agree with Doug's comments and 1/125 HH at 400mm can be challenge, consider higher ISO for faster shutter or a tripod. The bottom of the branch runs my eye out of the frame it is a distraction that could be cropped or cloned. The pose is perfect very relaxed subject with fantastic colors, this part is well done and are you running NR on the background?

    Keep in mind the composition and story are very strong here, might be a bit tight too let's see what others say - keep em coming.

    Thanks Jeff, I should have run the Noiseware Pro NR on the BG, that always works well on 7D files or I could use surface blur on the BG? I guess the SS is too slow and hence the slight softness to the image....
