    I think you did well with details in the whites and the pose with the reflection is very nice.

    If you haven't done it already I would consider trying a vertical crop to see if you like it better.

    Also I would a little space on top and lighten the eye/head area slighty.

    I like the reflection and the way you caught the curved bill. I would suggest lightening the face and eye area a little and maybe shave a little off bottom and right side for a tightr crop.
