    Default Floating Froggy Card

A slide scan of a Gray Treefrog from several years ago. He was floating in a pond and the flash rendered the dark water black. After cloning out some of the debris on the surface I thought it might work for this theme. And of course I couldn't resist fracting it. I am thinking that I should have moved the frog to the left a smidge.

    Look forward to comments.

Andrew, I have always admired your Fractalius filtering...is it a preset or one you've created on your own? I agree with your own comment.. a smidge to the left would strengthen the composition IMHO..and perhaps just a bit lower in the frame as well?...but looking good. Very good!

Thanks John, much appreciated. I have created a few presets in Fractalius , but often these are just starting points as I usually make further adjustments to the various sliders for each individual image. The majority of my saved presets started out by using the 'Glow 100' or the 'Rounded' settings.

Andrew, the fract work on this really does make him glow. Instead of moving him I think I would crop from the bottom above your name and move your name up. Just a thought. I love the black background.

Nice fract work, Andrew. As Cheryl suggested, I might crop a bit from the bottom and move the email contact up a bit. I would also move the main text on the left side down just a little.

    Great card!

Andrew, Very cool! I love the diagonal positioning of the frog and the black background! Nice work with the fract and the set up. I agree with moving it over a teeny bit and slight crop from bottom! It's fantastic!

    Nice image and application, Andrew.

I agree to widen the RHB a little by shifting the image. I also agree with cropping a little on the bottom. But I would leave the left hand text where it is, as it lines up with the top leg. But ... Y.I.Y.V!

Great card Andrew! I like the floating frog/black background combination. Agree with previous comments about repositioning the elements.

Very eye catching! I really love the fract on the frog (& all your frogs!) & how it contrasts and is balanced with the plain white text on the black bkgd.

Awesome composition, Andrew! Love the diagonal design. Fract really takes it over the top.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions folks, much appreciated.

Paul, we only received about an inch and it melted away by early afternoon. Hopefully spring will start-up again
