Hello, you have to love these guys, but I guess that depends on how you feel about clowns.

    Comments always welcome

Nice work, the head and face sharp, I would have like to see the whole bird but thats just me. I 've never like clowns since seeing the mini-series "IT" by Stephen King

I was recently shooting these guys and they are a lot of fun. Looks like he has something big in his mouth. Exposure looks good. I may prefer a bit more room at the bottom as my eye tends to follow his bill down. TFS

Great detail, very sharp. I love the brown BG to go with the pelican. Fine shot.

Hi Gary, excellent detail on the head, sharp, and I do like the various colours. You had enough ss to have stopped down for more DOF, but all depends how close you were. I can see this as a vertical too, and maybe a touch more brightness. Stiil a fine image.

Nice intimate study here with good detail from an appealing angle. Whites seem a tad hot but I didn't pull it into PS to confirm

A bit tight for my taste, but love the details and exposure.
