    Hi Sanjeev. I don't believe I've seen a Gray-headed Fish Eagle before, so thanks for sharing. Your angle is a bit steep and the light is very contrasty. leading to some pretty strong (and blocked) shadows. You did manage to hold the whites. I would go with a tighter crop, removing some canvas on the top, left, and especially bottom of the frame. There seems to be considerable noise in the BG that I would remove. One last thing: the posting limit is 800 vertical pixels (and 1024 horizontal pixels).
