I like the composition and perch and just wish for a lower angle.
Todd, I am a little confused. What kind of hummer is this? I know this is a high key image, which I like high key. It just seems dark on the hummer. Was that your goal? Or is it a darker plummaged bird to begin with? A very nice comp however.
I did too Axle, as it was I got up on the roof to make this image! I have a feeder out for him and he is just starting to feel comfortable enough to pay it a visit from time to time.

Grady, I have never been much of a birder. Looking at enature.com I think it is an Anna's. The weather here has been dismal, so not much for light. I Have seen this guy in bright sun a few times and his head is all red. Here is another view taken from a slightly lower view. Any other thoughts as to species please let me know.

Todd, James Prudente who is a member of this site would know for sure what kind of hummer this is.
