    Default Gull Painting

I ran across some old photos from a trip to Dauphin Island made 9-21-06 with the Canon 20D. I was surprised how many were not sharp but this one was pretty sharp. I used Oil Paint, Nik CE Bi-color, and PhotoFrame which added the cloud textures.

I like the glow of the pink up to the blue & how it nicely frames the gull. The oil paint texture looks great.

Nice job! I especially like the use of the bicolor filter. Lovely colors. Also, like the position of the bird.

Excellent effect, Judy. Nice composition but the processing takes it over the top. Nicely done.

Thanks everyone! The bird was putting on the brakes as my friend was holding up bread to attract the gulls.
