    This one has potential, but the focus seems to have fallen on the back rather than the eye / face. Some selective sharpening might help, but it will never be as good as it could have been out of the camera. That said, I can see a lot of OOB type potential.

    I like the snowy effect here, and the almost perfect head-turn. As mentioned by Jim the face looks soft, and I see what may be clone tool marks along the top?
