Default buildings and halos and lights

Greetings folks, I took this the other night, as I obsessively photograph the local buildings from the bridge where the condominiums and railroad tracks are. I have a love-hate relationship with the city where I was born and where I live still. Anyhow, the as-shot picture looked less blue and more brown, but I quite like this one with the added contrast and color tweaking...I'll certainly welcome your opinions and comments and ideas and suggestions! Many thanks for looking at this picture.

Very nice silhouette, and really like the rich color you achieved, Jack! I do find the lights at bottom distracting, and would crop them out if it were mine.

Jack, My initial thought was to tighten up the comp. with a large slice off the top. I am on the fence about th elights. Nice colors in the sky and I love silhouettes!

Hey, Jack, I love the silhouette and the lights in the buildings. I can't decide about the lights. They're definitely different but not in a bad way. I think if you leave the lights a crop from the top would look better.

Hello hello folks! I love the lights myself, but will certainly have a version without them...it's an entirely different photo with and without. Many thanks for your comments, they are more than appreciated!

Lovely colors Jack. I think I'd make the lights go away
