    I think we'll start calling you the "Owl Whisperer". You are killing me with all those Hawk Owl shots....and now this one. The only fault that I can think of is that it's not mine!! You really should send this in to Wimberley.......the tripod stands up to the test....of an owl or........our tripods are bird approved!!!

    Cool shot, Jody! I love the bird and bg. No nits here. I have a Red-shoulder Hawk sitting on a Wimberly. Maybe I'll post it.

    i'm one the fans of your pictures .. I've visited all of your galleries..really have nothing to say about it . wonderful background and a sharp subject .. and of course a wimberly head .. did you use another tripod to take this?
