Quite enjoyed it when this guy just kept on staring at me as I fired off a succession of shots. One from my archives and shot with my old equipment:
    Camera: Canon 30D
    Lens: Caonon 100-400L IS USM
    Aperture: f6.3
    Shutter: 1/800
    Focal Length: 400mm
    All comments very welcome :)

The fact it's looking at you saved this image (because of the flying away aspect)!! Very funny...almost cartoonish.

Victor, this fellow looks as if he's thinking about turning around to give you a piece of his mind.

How different. Well that is something I havent seen before, It looks like hes checking you out as a potential meal ! How Funny.

I think the image could use a little more room around the bird. Light angle is a little off but it doesnt effect the impact of the image.

I can see the title of the next frame now: "Watch Out for that TREE! . . . Thunk!"

    Way cool image.

Thanks everybody !! I agree with the space around the subject, but at these small sizes I would have "lost" the eye if I went any smaller. Cheers for now. Vic
