    Got this one today. Had lots of fits in processing, (playing with smart filters) trying to bring the IQ up a bit. Cropped to 9.6mp from 12.1. C&C welcome.

    Nice, Dan, the IQ looks fine to me.
    Sharp and nicely exposed.
    A bit of a look towards you would have been nice, but the wings and tail look translucent. Very appealing.

    Looks pretty good to me Dan. Nice sky and the bird is fine, just wish he was looking right at you.

    Very nice shot Dan I like the pose. I do however have slight reservations over the eyes' appearance- have to admit however I have never seen one of the beautiful birds - are the eyes really that vivid?

    Thanks guys. Jonathan, I did brighten the eyes but, yes they are given a good light angle which I didn't have here.
