    Default Juvenile Bald Eagle Dive

    Canon 1D MK IV
    F 100-400 at 400mm
    HH
    ISO 640
    SS 1/1600
    f 5.6
    Had to crop 10% from the LHS and add 10% to RHS.
    Processed in DPP and CS5. I have had this shot in my files for a while but there was a red fringe around the eagle due to chromatic aberration. Thanks to Arash's EOS NR guide I was able to get rid of the aberration.

    Excellent shot, Gail. I hope you will catch the migrating warblers and songbirds there.

    Wonderful shot. Love the diving pose, I really like the placement of the eagle, and like the stare.

    Hi Gail, great diving pose, and overall nice and sharp. Well placed in the frame, and I do like the hint of clouds in the sky. I would lighten the eagle a touch more.
