    5DIII, EF500mm f4, at f6.3, 2000s. I appreciate if anyone has suggestion for the setting of 5DIII for BIF.

    I can't help you with the settings! I like this shot. I wish the lower wing was less square to the sensor. You got away with just enough light on the face but I still wish the neck wasn't in shadow. Very nice light from the side and tack sharp,

    Good input from Gail. I also feel that the saturation is too high, and the colors look a bit unnatural. I have seen a few spoonies , and this guy looks too vivid.

    It sounds like the 5DIII is big improvement over the II, so will look forward to future posts!
