Dumay - I prefer the color. I love the way it pops from the bg. Great comp. The bit of tongue enhances the image.

    Hi Dumay,
I like both images. The detail, light and the composition are wonderful,
    Thanks for sharing,
    Mark.

I like both too. Good separation from the BG, and good IQ with the tongue adding as mentioned.
In the B&W I would try and darken the BG some more selectively - just to add some more pop?

Both are good but I like the B and W better which is odd as I usually don't. It shows a lot of texture in my opinion and Morkel's suggestions may help.

Hi Dumay, I like the way the light has defined the face features giving form/structure to the subject. Colours and detail as always, look good, but just still wrestling with the BKG and the very clear defined outline between subject & BKG, I just feel it's too clean. Just my observation.

Love the water droplets and the tongue. Color works better to my eyes, and love that green backdrop.
