This is the same base image that I used Oil Paint AKA Pixel Bender on in a recent post, but before I added the color filter on that one, so this one started out much less warm. I am using the trial of Perfect Effects 3 by onOne which I will probably buy as it has so many great filters in it and I found this one in the vintage category and just love it!

Love that blast of color and the squiggles in the flower. Wow! The dark vignette accentuates the flower. I wish there was a bit of magenta in the LL border area to complete the circle.

Judy, I like the dark vignette too and Anita makes a good suggestion. The colors really pop and you did great with the original capture!

Thanks Anita and Denise! I didn't even think about not having pink in the LLC. Maybe I can add some.

This is eye-popping for sure! I'm with Anita, those squiggles in the petals are cool. I'm going to look into the Perfect Effects 3 that you mention. Would like to hear more of your opinion on it.

Judy, I like the effect and esp the vignette and color combinations. I do think adding magenta to that lower corner would be the icing on the cake

Very nicely done, Judy! I think this balances the image.
