Hi Kamran. Nice use of the reversed lens for a tight macro shot! I'm impressed that you were able to do this well hand holding in natural light as the DOF at this magnification is very small. Good sharpness on the "hairs" along the back side of the head. In a perfect world, I would wish that the central portion of the eye (closest to us) was also sharp as that would take your image up several notches - but there may not have been sufficient DOF to get both of these areas sharp without using focus stacking. Keep them coming!

Kamran, as Steve said, the reversed lens setup worked great here! Considering that this was shot HH at a very high magnification, it looks fairly sharp but I do feel that it could use one more round of sharpening with some extra attention given to the eye. I'm looking forward to more shots with this setup!

A very good detailed look at the uglyness of this creature. Great for HH but I wish it was sharper.
