    Default Osprey

Couldn't come up with a better way to crop this, so I'm open to suggestions. It's almost full-frame wide. Photographed this Osprey during a surprisingly violent territorial dispute with another bird over a nest on Cape Cod. I managed to get up on a hill 50 feet from the nest, allowing for nice eye level views and opportunities as the attacking Osprey made pass after pass at another on the nest, striking it once (and flipping it completely over).

I think Pano was a good way to go, wish it was larger on the site so I could see the details but the eyes look great.

The crop is fine and I love the stare and the eye-level, incoming flight. Another vote for 1024 wide.

As it is now it's 1010 x 325. When I get home later I'll make it larger.

Didn't realize I had the original file on this PC. I've made it 1200 x wide and it looks good, but it won't let me upload it here.
