Sanjeev,
Fantastic detail here, particularly the water droplets. My only nit would be the missing piece of chin.

Thanks Ken. I made a tight crop to emphasize on the water droplets!

Sanjeev,
If you have the bottom of the chin, I would definitely consider bringing it back into the image

Hi Steve, Happy to hear from you and appreciate your comments and suggestions. I will work on it. I like the way you eliminated the blue tinge on the nose. It definitely looks better.
Thanks
Sanjeev

Hi Sanjeev,
A great portrait and I agree with Ken and Steve. It would be great to have the chin in as well.
Thanks for sharing and best wishes,
Mark.

Hi Sanjeev, happy to help.
Just revising the image again and I feel you really need to ensure with something like this, irrespective of the water droplets that the eyes are sharp. I think your focus point was lower than perhaps it needed to be, obviously in a position to get the water, but with the DOF the nose is sharp, but the eyes are not, it's tailed off. Obviously to increase your DOF would mean increasing your ISO to increase your SS which in turn would increase some slight more noise especially at 800. Therefore, perhaps just increasing your DOF/ISO a fraction more and moving your FP you may have retained more sharpness in the eyes and in the water droplets too, with the nose tailing off. When it's something this close it's always difficult. Still remarkable at 1/250sec HH.
cheers
Steve

Sanjeev - a nice portrait with good detail. I agree with the comments about the chin and color of the op but also think that you can go tighter to a pano crop perhaps at the top of the nose to get the effect you want with it looking more purposeful.

Rachel

Hi Sanjeev. I appreciate the detail you captured here. Steve's colour corrections work well, and I too feel the DOF could've been a tad more. I like the tight crop here, but wouldn't mind seeing it a cropped a little wider too.
Techs well handled - there is nothing wrong with this lens if handled right.
Keen to see some more of your images!
