    Default Yellow Honeysuckle

My friend's honeysuckle was just starting to bloom and I thought it looked cool. I decided to do something wild and crazy to it. I used Topaz Simplify, Nik Color Efex cross process, vignette blur and vignette and then added more vignette with the lens correction filter. Too much? I wanted to hide more of the background.

This is beautiful, Judy. The bright color of the honeysuckle is just beautiful. I think the bg would not have mattered. I love the simplify look... excellent processing!

Thanks so much Indranil! The background outside the main focus area was too detailed and had some loud colors so that's why it really needed muting.

Judy, I love the effect - it looks like batik to me I love the bright colors.

Judy, I love the vibrant colors and the image design is fun! I might evict the honeysuckle half that is on the top edge or blur it to match the rest of the vignette. Nice to see a punch of color!

Thanks Denise! Good suggestion on toning down the top flowers. Maybe I'll get to it (I posted this before but must not have gotten submitted.)
