    This ones a juvenile bird so allowed close approach form the ground level .

    Beautiful capture Ram. Too bad he turned his head to the right to put that side
    in a light shadow. Maybe something in post processing can be done to brighten it
    a bit.

    The one thing I'd definitely do is, remove that strand of grass on the left, sticking
    out from behind the wing.

    Boy. You did get nice and close and a really nice low shooting angle to match. Light angle as mentioned is off a bit but still works. I might darken image a bit and would prefer more room for feet.

    nice perspective here Ram
    I like the cocked head looking into open space on the LHS...
    perhaps tone down overall highlights using a luminosity mask (check Robert's sticky in the Wildlife forum) as there is some detail that can be enhanced this way (as well as some areas that are just overly bright IMHO)

    Hi Ram, Really like the perspective and the use of light I played with tis in PS used a luminosity mask to darken the highlights and a curve mask to lighten the shadowed side.
