Very nice, good sharpness and detail in the eye and face area. The soft light is really great.

I actually like the soft blue BG more than the reflection so I would like to see more room above the grebe. Also the image dark areas could be a bit lighter to show more detail.

thanks for the comments and tips.
I've changed the photo and I can say I like it, I tried to change the color of the water, but there is no magenta's, only blue according to photoshop :)
