Hi Satish, love the inquisitive pose, and good DOF for F/6.3. Good detail and colours on the sparrow, sharp too. I feel the light is a touch harsh, so toning down the whole image will work. Good complementary colours to the BG.

Colors or bird, perch and BG all work nicely together. You have good details in your bird. Agree with Stuart that your capture is a tad bright and could use some toning down.
