    Cool shot. You might try a little more selective sharpening on wings to see if it helps. Might not do anything for eye. I like the crop as presented and perhaps some NR on bg. Good for you.

    Pretty neat action you observed here and in good light, but yes quite soft. Perhaps due to a combination of subject movement and heavy crop. I would also prefer the subject more at left of the frame.
