    The light was sweet but the perch a little "heavy"

    sweet light and nice details, I'm ok with the perch. A bit head turn towards us would be great. BG needs some NR.

    Sweet light Ben, and the PK is well exposed. Great colour to the BG, and agree some NR needed there.

    Ben, loved this shot. illustrates how important BG is. terrific exposure. I don't mind the perch at all. You have cropped this one perfectly, IMO.
