    Default Marsh Wren

Here's a Marsh Wren singing on territory in Massachusetts last spring.

Excellent shot, Ryan. good angle of the wren, calling pose and a stunning backdrop. Very strong composition with good exposure. BG takes this up a notch for sure.

Wow great pose; typical tail position, great BG, eye could stand a bit more sharpening; also might be tempted to add a little more contrast?
    but a fine shot anyways

Terrific shot -- I can almost hear him from here. Easy birds to hear in the marsh; not so easy to capture. Pose and background are fabulous.

Cool pose, and BG. The eye is a little dull, as Richard pointed out. He looks loud.

I like the raised tail, calling pose, and sweet BG. Well done!

Classic 'Wren' pose, very nice composition and great BG. As Bill commented - you can almost hear him. I agree about the eye, but could the reed mace seed head be toned down slightly? Great image.
