This was made March 10! No leaves on the trees yet. I used Topaz Adjust and Topaz Simplify at a low level. Then I duped the layer and used the Oil Paint filter at a low level and reduced opacity a little, then I masked the "cute" guy. I also added 3 textures and masked the guy on all of them to some degree.

Judy, Nice job with all the filters and layers. I like the colors and the scene, I can't help but wonder if a more level water/tree line would look good. That water looks awesome BTW!

Thanks much Denise. I think the tilt is cool and adds to the "fun" effect. At any rate, I didn't save it without the tilt crop so I can't post another version without cutting off a lot of the photo.

    Nice image and application, Judy.

Agree with Denise ... again!!! on the tilt, but also agree with you as it is Y.I.Y.V., as they say!

Aw c'mon guys! Tilting is fun and my cousin who is a pro photographer even does them at weddings for some of the candids and all the young, hip clients and friends love 'em. I guess like anything else, some people like 'em and some don't! I used to hate fisheye photos and now I want a fisheye lens and if I can ever sell my 300 f4 I'll get one. My cousin also uses fisheye for some wedding candids and they are very good!

Judy, The tilting is a fun addition and if it is what you intended then I can learn to appreciate it . I will have to try to incorporate it a little more, thanks for pulling me out of my dull routine.
