    Meet Woody!:) This guy gave me the opportunity to photograph him this morning and it was awesome!

    D300, Sigma 50-500 at 420mm, f/11, 1/800s, 0EV, ISO 800

    Hi Harold, Exceeding sharp and a perfect EXP. Though the bird was high above you pushed the shutter button at the perfect moment. You missed a really big dust spot behind the bird.

    Not an easy bird to photograph but you did well with the exposure and composition. The sky is terrific!

    Congratulations on a wonderful image of a bird that is hard to photograph! Very nice composition, and razor sharp. Great job on exposure. Well-done.
