Nesting Season Begins

This was taken yesterday morning in small park near my home. Just when I removed the lens/camera from tripod and decided to return I saw this sparrow flew in and waited on this perch for few seconds.
I quickly took couple of shots hand held. I could not manage to handle it well and IQ does not seem to be best but I still liked this pose.

nice capture I like that he is holding nesting material, neck is a bit hot and head looks soft to me (critical focus on the tail)

Very nice shot. I really like the background, great perch, and nesting material is big bonus. The head does look a tad soft.
