Default Male Superb Fairy-wren in song (reworked)

    Male Superb Fairy-wren

    Reworked edition

Blown area near the cheek - clone with soft brush low opacity
More room around the bird - looser crop
Cloned out distracting branch section - clone tool and content aware fill.

Thanks to all for helpful CC as above much appreciated - hope this is an improvement!

He is a sporty looking little bird, showing off for the ladies I suppose. The looser comp works better, the highlights on the cheek patch are better, and good clone work on the perch. BG is perfect.

Great rework Peter. Personally I did like the extra part of the perch though.

BTW you were allowed to repost this reworked image in your original thread, but this version deserves to stand alone

Thank you to all for your CC I appreciate it very much.
And Daniel I too think the extra part of the perch is fine so I include it below. Your tip to fix the blown area near the cheek is a very good one.

Yep, this confirms that I like that extra part of the perch!
