    nice color. Did you mask out the eye? It doesn't seem to be affected by the filter....and I see that as a good thing. Gives focus.

    The eye really stands out in contrast to the "oil paint effect" on the bird. Nice contrast.

    Nice job Gus, I like the sharp eye. I might take a sliver off the top if it were mine since it is such a close up.

    Gus, I love the bright blue and the bright gold eye. The framing is nice also.
