I installed CS6 beta last night and I love the built-in Pixel Bender Oil Paint filter! This is my first image using it. Quite different than the one we've been using. I used it pretty lightly. You can get a whole lot more texture and shine etc. if you want to. Hope you like it!

    Judy,

I have been getting image samples sent to me all night from folks that have been loving the built it Oil filter in CS6. I think you did a great job with the filter here. Love the little flowers and the pose. The grass looks awesome, nice job!

Thanks Denise! I also used it on another one of the coot just on the rocks behind as it was heading to the water and it wasn't as good/interesting as that one with the grass and little wildflowers. But this shot is much more interesting as a painting!

Nice job, Judy, and so much so that I'm downloading CS6 now! You've used a light touch and I especially like the psychic connection through the red eye. Grass details are great.
