    Dan:

Nice low shooting angle, good eye contact and catch light. Sharp, generally well exposed, perhaps a bit hot on the white eye patch, but that area tends to be a real pain to expose properly, even if the rest of the bird is perfect.

THe blues in the image look too saturated, vivid. I have shot a lot of these gals, and her blues look a bit to neon from my experience.

    Sliver tight on the left.

Hi Dan, good low angle, and swimming angle too. Overall, she is nice and sharp, and I do like the detail and colours on her head, as well as the texture to the water. Although Im not familiar with this species, the blues could go down a little. Comp wise, yes to a little more space on the left, and maybe a touch off the top.

    Hi Dan,
I agree about the blues being oversaturated. I would give her a bit more room on the left if you have it. I like the colors on the head-I have never noticed that before,

Very nice shot. Great pose, detail is excellent, great low angle, and I really like the color and texture of the water.
    Well done.
