Killer pose and great shooting angle Chas. Never seen one with that big rack before. Excellent image.

This ram has a beautiful curl. I like the lightly falling snow. As usual, excellent techs.

Beautiful. Light bright but not harsh.
Pose, head angle, eye contact. Snow on ground with some ground showing, slanting ground level gives interest, soft trees background. All works great.

Having a nicely diffused BKG really helps define and separate the subject well here Chas, and as Tom mentioned, the incline gives interest, techs as usual spot on.

Very regal pose and nice use of the diagonal ridge to add additional visual dynamics to the scene.

Nice looking ram. Would love to see him all pumped up during the rut.

I agree with all the above comments. To me from a photographic point of view the left eye of the ram (on the right of the image) really, well, catches my eye! That detail and color not only sets the image apart it demonstrates the quality of the technical aspects of the entire image.
