    Captured on the feeder at Savegre ML, CR

    Lovely looking bird; perch not so good lol; thought you might like to see this CR endemic anyways

    Little processing but took out a banana TR

    Too bad about the perch. Very interesting looking bird. Eye looks very similar to Spotted Towhee. And interesting "pant legs" as well. Makes you wonder where they came from and why. Photo is nice and sharp and nice dof for the bird.

    Good look at the bird, but the perch is a little rough (as you point out). I'm seeing a halo around the yellow of the bird's left thigh.

    YES bird is nice species, couldnt catch one on plant life lol

    Richard, beautiful bird that has been named aptly. loved the details. pity about the bird...but its always nice to see some exotic species. thx for sharing.
