    Taken in a saltmarsh at Torquay shown me kindly by fellow photographer Geoff Gates. The succulent providing the perch Black-seeded Samphire

    Must be one of thebest shots even taken of this species!!! Maybe a tiny bit less contrast.

    Wow what a perch! Bg is perfect. Ofer may have a point about a little less contrast.

    love the prech , BG and of course the bird. The bird itself looks a little over done.

    Beautiful bird, nice pose, great setting. The bird looks a bit oversharpened.
