    Default Barn Window in color

Here's the color version of the photo I posted yesterday. This was one case where I felt the image works just as well in color as in B&W.

Same textures as the B&W version, but I added some light rays and a barn swallow from one of my photos. I also applied a slight blur overlay to this. Any and all comments and suggestions would be most appreciated.

Excellent composition, Christopher. The title says it all... I like how you composed with strong diagonal lines of the barn. The directional light on window is just beautiful as is your use of textures. Outstanding processing! I think the composition stands on its own without the swallow but that's just me TFS.

Christopher, I like the color version of this slightly better than the B&W. I think if you didn't say it was a barn swallow I would not have known what it was. I think I would prefer it w/o the swallow just because I didn't know what it was- but I like the idea of including it very much.

This has a wonderful feel to it. The ray of light is what makes it! Very nicely done.

I think the colour version is even nicer than the b&w, you've kept beautiful tones through the image and the comp works for me nicely.

Very nicely composed, Christopher, that barn has been a great source of images, this one is no exception, the pigeon adds to it...very well done
