On a trip to Germany last year, I had the opportunity to photograph this Bulbul...all in all for a captive setting the background came out great, the low light int he aviary didn't give me much DOF..but the eye and chest were sharp.
    Thanks for looking.....

Sharp. Beautiful bird and BKGR. Needed more room behind. The torn end of the perch was very bad luck....

Very nice looking and sharp bird. The torn end of the perch is fine with me but I would like the bird moved over to the left a little. If you have cropped on the right maybe you could add some back and cut from the left.

Wonderful shot!! I love the lifted crest, real nice detail, great background, and well composed.
    Well done.

Thanks for comments and suggestions...I've added some canvas and fixed the broken perch...
