Ken - well done, nice walking pose with the head turn towards you. Exp looks good too. You missed a dust spot along the top edge.

Ken, very nice light, focus and DOF.
The color of the bear really created a nice contrast.
    1/6400?
It must have been some nice bright light?

    Rachel,
    Oops

    Dan,

It was indeed 1/6400 or at least that is what the EXIF says, most of the time we were in Svalbard the light was not exactly blinding, this must have been one of the lighter days

    Hi Ken,
I like this shot. Nice view of the animal, separation of all 4 limbs, some nice surroundings and light, and good color and detail.

Ditto Peter's comments. Very nice portrait, well framed and exposed, love the water droplets...

Exceptional Details Ken. Clean bear with wet fur and great eye contact. Love it.

Loved the light and pose of the bear. Great work considering handheld big lens and a constantly moving base.
